Job Description
- Execute social media plan through platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification and targeting
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to interact
- Optimize company pages to enhance and increase visibility of the company’s social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then make a good usage of such data
- Interact and generate leads through the social media channels that has been advertised through
- Design an attractive content related and convenient for each project/campaign
- Search other social media channels that has proven its success in the real estate industry after a full study and market research
- Stay up to date with the social media best practices, trends and technologies
- Create and manage monthly promotions
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
