Job Description

  • Prepares and develops the organizational structure of the company clarifying the units and relations among them.
  • Analyzes and describes jobs based on the goals and objectives of the company and determines the appropriate qualifications to fill the positions such as the appropriate educational qualification and the duration and type of experience required.
  • Plan, implement and prepare a vacancy announcement plan.
  • Initial interviews are planned and conducted to select applicants for specific positions.
  • Plans and carries out periodic employee performance assessment interviews.
  • Prepares preliminary tests (technical, psychological, skill, mental, etc.) for applicants .
  • Prepares periodic report that shows the company's performance levels .
  • Sends alerts and notices of non-compliance with administrative instructions and records this in a special register.
  • Sends alerts and warnings of non-compliance with the amount of work or timings and record it in a special register.

Job Requirements

  • Age: Not more than 40 years
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Previous experience required in the same field and in several different companies.
  • Human resources training courses are preferred
