Job Description
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain Company social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there.
- Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google AdWords and onsite search) online brochures & catalogs and other revenue generating promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
- Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights
- Generate marketing qualified leads within panned (CPL) and conversation rate
- Develop brand presence through digital marketing channels
- Plan and effectively execute a social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.
- Plan and execute the strategy for Search Engine Marketing, and Social Media marketing to complement channeling of leads to achieve category target.
- Manage the SEO effort including onsite and offsite strategy and execution.
- Manage and execute SMS and Email marketing to deliver promotions to target audience.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Basic design skills in order to manage images, template layouts, etc
- Experience in managing email campaigns and an understanding of optimization, user experience, A/B and multivariate testing and reporting, data + segmentation
- Technical knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Digital Marketing & SEO Diploma is prefered
