Job Description
- Responsible for preparing export invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, tracking shipment
- Coordination with overseas buyers.
- Continuous handling export documents & submission to Banks.
- Handling customer complaints with quality department & take the proper actions.
- Handling the operation and documentation cycle for any planned fair or exhibition
- Ensure clients are informed of order manufacturing progress, transport arrangements.
- Handling customer orders and coordination with planning, production team & sales operation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any relevant university
- 2-4 years of experience as export Specialist
- Fluent English
- SAP user
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
