Job Description

  • Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, what's app and additional channels.
  • Handling customers and after sale service
  • Coordination between orders and shipments
  • Act as the face and voice of brand and manage all community communications.
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
  • Uploading blogs and content to the website
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Job Requirements

  • Age does not exceed 25 years
  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • Previous experience in all social media channels.
  • Good of written Arabic and English.
  • Very good Communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop
  • Team player
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
