Job Description

Personal Assistant to the CEO

We, FawahCo Farms are a Food Factory, a branch of an Overseas Group of Companies, our Head Office is located on Salah Salem Road in New Egypt, with a foreign Management.

Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent appearance with high looking image
  • Smart, active and strong personality
  • Must have at least 3 years of office management skills
  • Can run the office and employees while the CEO is absent
  • Good knowledge of Marketing, social media & Accounts
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to attend dinner meetings and can travel with the CEO in & out of Egypt.
  • Salary Range: EL 3,000 to EL 5,000 per month
  • ( Do not apply if your expected salary is more than our targeted)
  • Working Palace: 35 El Obour Towers on Salah Salem Road in New Egypt.
  • Languages: Excellent Arabic and English (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Travel: Able to accompany the CEO on travels in Egypt and to different countries.
  • Age: 28 Years – 40 Years
  • We won't consider any CVs without photograph
