Job Description
- Communicate and trouble shoot at all levels and liaise with clients advising them on their web strategy including the brand, messaging, content and technical solutions required in delivering that strategy to ensure a coordinated approach.
- You will also be responsible for all aspects of your clients and projects including but not limited to leading on digital strategy and creative, maintaining accurate project plans, reporting, Risk and Issue Management, accurate scoping and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately within the project for execution.
Job Requirements
- 3-9 years of Advertising Account/Client Management experience
- Strong presentation / communication skills
- Able to manage clients (external and internal) on project scope and delivery
- Strong client handling / client relations experience
- Experience developing Statements of Work is a plus
- Previous delivery of digital and interactive projects is a plus
- Experience in the advertising campaign lifecycle from creative concept to execution
- Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies and tools
