Job Description
- Lead/ Project architect and technical coordinator.
- Produce sets of production documents in both design development (DD) and CD phases.
- Maintain a daily list for assigned projects tasks with all departments.
- Full responsibility of coordination between architectural and MEP.
- Quality control and review of interior working drawings/ detailed design sheets and technical specification.
- Provide BOQ, material selection and F.F & E.
Job Requirements
- Senior Architect, BS.C degree in architecture engineering.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in hotels or residential apartments working drawings is a must.
- Familiar with international operators guidelines and technical requirements.
- Strong Knowledge of working drawings and tender documents.
- Experience of coordination between technical department.
- Must be an expert user of Revit and Auto-cad.
- Familiar With gulf and international codes/standards.
