- Provide Onsite Support, Troubleshoot, and Monitor to QuadraTech Customers.
- Providing technical assistance for customer’s questions and problems
- Field deployment and configuration of network devices
- Complying with company policy for career path development
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping the information confidential.
