Job Description

  • Handle, organize and prioritize our directors daily email correspondences (at times, may exceed 30 in count)
  • Construct proper consistent email responses based on primary points of discussion provided by Director
  • Communicate with organization members to properly express Director's visions and plans
  • Communicate coherently with International suppliers to understand concerns, provide appropriate responses, outline requests, and all to be carried effectively in proper spoken English
  • Generate reports, receive complains and handle pricing
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings and develop minutes of meeting
  • Conducting travel agenda and arrange for booking flights, cars, or reservations
  • Manage all short term and long term objectives ensuring no tasks are overlooked

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST
  • Private University "AUC,GUC,MSA.MIU,BUE.... " Graduates preferred
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Great problem solving ability
