Job Description

  • Respond to clients in a professional manner and guide them as necessary.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and forward them to specialists.
  • Respond to the general inquiries received from the company's visitors to the fullest.
  • Assist in printing ,photocopying and admins duties
  • Register and count visitors to the company and prepare periodic reports.
  • Registering outgoing and incoming transactions and preparing periodic reports thereon.
  • Assist in limiting the attendance of the employees of the company.
  • Assist in some other administrative work

Job Requirements

  • (1 - 2) years of experience.
  • Good English Language
  • Very Good Computer using.
  • Experience administration duties and time-management skills.
