Job Description
- Identify new markets for company’s current product portfolio through market research and data analysis
- Identify new products with export potential to grow current product portfolio
- Conduct regular competitors’ analysis
- Direct the evaluation and selection of suitable foreign importers, distributors and agents
- Direct, manage and follow up with the export specialists team; distributing workload, setting sales targets, monitoring their communication with clients and overall performance.
- Direct and monitor the export operations from A to Z.
- Craft a strategy to ensure accomplishment of the company’s objectives.
- Continually track changes to relevant regulations, both in Egypt and the target countries, ensure your team is kept posted of regulation changes and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts.
- Ensure the adherence of your team to country-specific regulations, requirements and standard operating procedures; including product registration, required product certificates, and test reports where need be.
- Ensure the adherence of your team to logistics, customs clearance and delivery cycle times.
- Assist your team in negotiating contracts of sales, manage, renew and review contracts as required to enable effective trading
- Direct and monitor the registration of medical devices, where required, and the preparation of all export documents starting from receiving the purchasing order from the export agents and ending with shipping of goods and sending the original documents.
- Ensure relevant data is being collected by your team for market survey
- Monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions
- Receive a daily report from your team members and direct them as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Purchasing and Exports
- 10-12 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
- English language proficiency (Written and Spoken) is required
- Ability to work under pressure
