Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual spare parts sales targets.
- Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers.
- Penetrate new areas and develop customers database.
- Prepare quotation and attend tenders.
- Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and present daily and weekly reports and analysis for all sales and customer visits activities.
- Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessment of competition.
- Provide market feedback on products.
- Coordinate with collection department the collection of customer dues related to sales activities.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and insure that all customer complaints are resolved.
Job Requirements
- University degree – Bachelor of Engineering is preferable.
- 3 + years of experience in outdoor Equipment Spare Parts Sales – Forklift experience is preferable.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Self motivated, very dynamic and a team player.
- Very good command of English language.
- Valid driving license and owns a car is a must.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
