Job Description
- Preparation of customer seminars and Related activities.
- Coordinating between the General Manager and relevant employees in locally and globally.
- Responsible for coordinating private & business meetings, personal appointments agenda. taking the minutes of meetings
- Any other secretarial activities related to the GM ( Flight Booking, Hotel Reservation ,clients contacts, liaison among departments heads meetings …………… .etc)
- Perform any other tasks assigned by GM.
- Updating Paperwork, maintaining documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Presentable
- +2 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Strong Communication Skills and highly organized
- Very good MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Female only
- Good English Language proficiency.
