Job Description
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other reports
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Creates an excel sheet every month with the classes and names of participants who attend
- Creates a revenue report every day and send it's by mail daily
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Secures financial security by completing data base backups
- Prepares revenue reports after every event
- Handles salaries every month for the whole team
- In charge of computer and printer at the premise
- Sets budgets according to spending patterns
- Help with document filing and paperwork
- Working hours from 1pm-9pm
