Job Description

  • Coordinates and plans the administrative functions.
  • Overseeing the daily duties of the administrative staff of the area assigned.
  • Evaluates existing administrative or operational behaviors, practices and techniques and recommends improvements.
  • Coordinates with other departments all current students related tasks and approves any students’ requests or refunds.
  • Conducts orientation for new classes and surveys for current classes to evaluate the instructor, environment and any other matters.
  • The Administrative Clerk reports to the Senior Administrative Officer and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services.
  • Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Performs administrative duties for executive management.
  • Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Max Age 28
  • Presentable
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university or institute.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis: Max 10 o'clock.
  • Minimum 4 years Experience
  • Candidate should have effective customer service practices with at least 2 years of experience
  • Interpersonal & Multitasking skills.
  • Candidate must be an excellent user of MS office tools.
  • Candidate must be good in English with excellent business writing skills.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required
