Ensure agents are reaching their targets by holding regular one-to-one meetings and feedback sessions

Solve tricky escalations and crisis management situations

Develop the team and support individual progression and learning

Stakeholder management on a micro level (dealing with local Rider Managers as part of the day-to-day business)
Job Requirements

You have at least one year of experience in leading teams

You are fluent when it comes to communicating in English language verbally and written

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

It is an easy thing for you to read and evaluate reports

Data-driven performance management is an alien concept for you

You are a master of your trade when it comes to motivation and sharing a positive spirit

Using basic formulas in Microsoft Excel does not cause you any trouble
