Job Description

  • Coaching the team with the help of leadership and management techniques to deliver world-class service

  • Managing negative and positive behaviours constructively

  • Ensure agents are reaching their targets by holding regular one-to-one meetings and feedback sessions

  • Solve tricky escalations and crisis management situations

  • Develop the team and support individual progression and learning

  • Stakeholder management on a micro level (dealing with local Rider Managers as part of the day-to-day business)

Job Requirements

  • You have at least one year of experience in leading teams

  • You are fluent when it comes to communicating in English language verbally and written

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • It is an easy thing for you to read and evaluate reports

  • Data-driven performance management is an alien concept for you

  • You are a master of your trade when it comes to motivation and sharing a positive spirit

  • Using basic formulas in Microsoft Excel does not cause you any trouble
