Job Description
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Lead escalation to avoid negative effect on business and to meet customer needs
- Observing and analyzing the market, competitors and customers
- Identify and influence customer key decision makers
- Build strong relationship with the accounts under scope
- Communicate new ideas and issues as they arise.
- Acquiring new accounts upon sales requests
- Ensure proper commitment to partner’s (vendors) targets and sales activities.
- Ensure proper handling of all the sales team reports (activities, opportunities, market visits, route cycles).
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Think critically when planning to assure business success
- Create new programs to meet the needs of channel partners and help them exceed revenue expectations
- Maintain, grow, and leverage relationships with key accounts.
- Develop market based relationships in the industry & open doors with new clients.
