Maintain consistency and quality of all product still life and on figure assets
Check and control quality and accuracy of technical specifications and naming conventions
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to manage several projects concurrently
Image retouching utilizing standardized layer structure, masking, channels, etc.
Ability to meet daily retouching deliverable quotas and daily targets
Track progress of all ongoing projects and reporting data
Maintain Image archive and digital asset organization in accordance with established studio processes
Retouch, color correct, crop digital images according to provided creative brand imaging style guides
Drive product editing - Instruct external vendor / internal editing team on needed assets, retouch, lead and coach color matching requirements.
QA color execution on customized product photography
Create Custom composites as requested
Support in Post production coordination for product launches from concept to final asset publication
Ensure color accuracy and consistency across all images
Assist with providing ongoing direction and training to freelance staff as needed
Use provided actions, tools and systems so that the retouching and post workflows are efficient and simple to use

Strong and polished retouching skills – keen eye and aesthetic
2+ years retouching in a studio environment
Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and well organized
Must be good in using Excel
Proactive and able to show initiative to foresee / resolve issues related to post workflow
Proficient knowledge of color theory
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
Self-motivated, resourceful, hardworking with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capture One experience a plus, but not required
Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Bridge)
Must be proficient with Mac OS
Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop
Strong sense of color theory
2+ years of experience working in a high-volume agency, ecommerce, fashion product, or photography production environment
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software
Ability to retouch a wide range of product and on figure images that involve complex cleanup and color correction
Degree in Photography or Graphic Design
