Job Description
- Give training to the individuals doing Sales-Medical jobs and provide guidance on how to perform their duties effectively.
- whenever a newly hired staff needs to be trained on field to carry out the relevant work allocated to them.
- Develop and implement training programs for field staff. Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain training course materials. Inform about the training events in advance to field staffs.
- Develop training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, career development, etc.
- Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
- Manage and maintain training website on the company intranet.
- Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
- Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
- Collaborate with Content Specialists in creation/modification of training materials.
- Establish trainings programs to suit the current organizational needs.
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires.
- Adhere to company procedures and regulations.
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from Medicine,Pharmacy,Science,Vet,Dentist.
- Experience from 4-5 years as trainer in the medical field
