Job Description
- General accounting, transaction record, and book-keeping.
- Production of financial reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Invoices issuance and payments follow-up.
- Suppliers payment follow-up.
- Taxes and Social Insurance calculations and payment.
- Treasury and petty-cash management.
- Banking operations initiation and follow-up.
- Imports cost estimation.
- Import and export clearance follow-up in cooperation with the company clearance agents.
- Warehouse control.
- Cooperation with the company external Accounts Auditor to produce yearly financial reports and books closure.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration ;
- Excellent knowledge of standard accounting principles and concepts.
- Knowledge of banking procedures in Export/Import environment.
- Good organization skills.
- Experience in accounting software packages.
- Good user of MS Office applications (Excel - Word - Outlook).
- Fair knowledge of English in reading and writing.
- Residents of Heliopolis, Ain Shams, Zaitoun, Nasr City, Obour City, Abbasia preferred.
