Job Description

  • General accounting, transaction record, and book-keeping.
  • Production of financial reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Invoices issuance and payments follow-up.
  • Suppliers payment follow-up.
  • Taxes and Social Insurance calculations and payment.
  • Treasury and petty-cash management.
  • Banking operations initiation and follow-up.
  • Imports cost estimation.
  • Import and export clearance follow-up in cooperation with the company clearance agents.
  • Warehouse control.
  • Cooperation with the company external Accounts Auditor to produce yearly financial reports and books closure.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration ;
  • Excellent knowledge of standard accounting principles and concepts.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures in Export/Import environment.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Experience in accounting software packages.
  • Good user of MS Office applications (Excel - Word - Outlook).
  • Fair knowledge of English in reading and writing.
  • Residents of Heliopolis, Ain Shams, Zaitoun, Nasr City, Obour City, Abbasia preferred.
