Job Description
- Managing CSD team – Operational cross functioning with supply chain & logistics
- Accountable for applying quality standards for logistics & planning across company
- Managing Customer Service workflow
- Monitoring weekly & daily OTIF & Backlog
- Planning for bulky orders at season time
- Follow up orders are in accordance with JOTUN policy
- Responsible for planning & communicating with production & WH for delivery
- Responsible for Service Customers Complaints
- Responsible for updating sales stuff about placed orders
- Responsible for defining meeting customer requirements & relevant KPIs
- Accountable for ACR Control (monthly analysis report; sales, margin & outstanding)
- Accountable for minimum & maximum stock level with factory
- Responsible for following up & monitoring internal invoice cycle
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (any relevant)
- Experience in the same position min 2 years with total experience +7 years
- Excellent Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word, and powerpoint)
- ERP system implementation Experience
- Excellent communication skills.
