Job Description
- Provides management with full sales data analysis and SWOT analysis reports to support decision making.
- Collaborates with IT department as a contact person between FF and IT team to solve all reports raised issues
- Creates monthly sales analysis reports to support FF and Key decision maker
- Participates in managing the incentive calculation
- Collects and manages all data needed for sales targeting
- Responsible for FF allocation, Lines and business groups structures
- Professionally analyzes and interprets reports
- Support to sales leaders
- Developing and evolving new Sales models around physician access and detailing
Job Requirements
- Timely, accurate delivery of sales force communications, operational plans and FF evaluation
- Quality of coordination with all Field Force Managers, Marketing Team & IT
- Successful Launch of new projects
- Quality Management of CRM system (Reports Quality & Data Efficiency)
