Job Description
- Track development process and initiate corrective actions on the spot.
- Make sure newly applied process agreements are in place and not being dropped under stress.
- Manage Jira (issue tracking software) configurations.
- Produce reports per sprints for each team member, and assist HR in measuring performance for employees.
