- Plan and implement the organization’s benefit strategy so the benefit outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external Provider to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of benefits professionals to ensure that the organization’s benefit strategy is implemented effectively.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of related work experience in relevant field.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Strong English and Arabic language capabilities (Spoken & Written).
