Job Description
I. Planning & Monitoring Process
- Ensure educational activities are aligned with the mission, goals, values, priorities and resources of the hospital.
- Provide continuous assessment of the quality and effectiveness of educational activities to ensure that they enhance professional skills.
- Establish safety, efficiency and cost factors in the planning and management of career development activities for nursing.
- Provide an appropriate environment for learning, facilitate the process of education through development and planning, and provide educational activities directly or indirectly.
II. Operational Excellence Process
- Teaching behavior that reflects the affiliation of the profession and the incorporation of ethical principles in all aspects of the practice.
- Evaluate nursing performance based on professional practice standards, relevant regulations, and continuously maintain the professional competence of nursing.
- Attend some meetings related to the nursing training process on behalf of the Director of Nursing Department.
- Considered a source of information for nursing practices.
- Collaborate with others from nursing staff in the professional development of hospital nursing personnel.
III. Innovation Process
- Identify changes to be made in nursing practice using evidence-based approaches and facilitate initiating and adapting change.
- Participate in the identification of strategies to improve professional development activities for nursing as well as practice.
- Assist trainees in identifying educational needs, effective learning and activities to meet those needs.
- Knowledge on how to collect and evaluate relevant information related to the educational needs of nursing to determine the target audience and learner needs.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in nursing training
- Preferable knowledge related to quality
