Job Description
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
- Installing or changing software to fix issues
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Responsible for day to day technical support to employee for network and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
- Handles incoming queries and help requests from end users either via the company ticketing system, email or over the phone.
- Perform the required (Technical , Health Check , Inventory Or survey ) Visits IN OR OUT of Cairo
- Provide training for general PC skills for users (Windows, MS office or other training when required)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science
- 2 years of experience is required
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in an operations environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in the same time with competing deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of network
- Basic knowledge of (Exchange, Active Directory, skype for business & Antiviruses programs
- Strong MS Office skills required
