Job Description

  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Responsible for day to day technical support to employee for network and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
  • Handles incoming queries and help requests from end users either via the company ticketing system, email or over the phone.
  • Perform the required (Technical , Health Check , Inventory Or survey ) Visits IN OR OUT of Cairo
  • Provide training for general PC skills for users (Windows, MS office or other training when required)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science
  • 2 years of experience is required
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in an operations environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in the same time with competing deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of network
  • Basic knowledge of (Exchange, Active Directory, skype for business & Antiviruses programs
  • Strong MS Office skills required
