Job Description
- This role is responsible for identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, leading the team and business in finding a solution, coordinating with other teams and functional partners, and actively escalating when needed to ensure resolution.
- Take E2E ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital projects.
- Take the role of agile Scrum Master and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, business analysts, testers, developers and technical architects.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices;
- Ensure consistent best practices are applied across the workstreams.
- Ensure the correct setup & usage of CDI tools for projects & ensure project documentation is up to date for every sprint.
- Manage stakeholders and vendor interfaces as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
