Job Description

Job Scope: We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Lead to ensure that ASJC brands remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. You will be responsible for the development of consistent product, services and brand communication.  Always get up to date with the market trends, consumer behavior and aware of business products and services performance to plan impactful marketing activities.

Job Description: 

  • Support in designing and supervising ASJC and its businesses brand architecture
  • Develop the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand elements, brand assets, communication pillars, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Develop short-term tactical Sales and Brand Management marketing plans 
  • Manage and monitor the execution of the Marketing Activities Calendar per LOB
  • Interact with business, including heads, to help support their strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with the business to manage and execute retailer merchandizing activities including, POSM creatives and execution calendar and retailers specific sales campaigns 
  • Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and offline with optimization in mind
  • Collaborate with product management to assist in marketing mix when needed and ensure full compliance of brand guidelines and strategy      
  • Lead new product launches plan and execution of go to market strategy
  • Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding with accurate conveyance of information
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Supervise advertising, branding, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in brand communication
  • Lead and organize brand awareness activities such as product launches, brand activation, brand awareness campaigns, stunts, giveaways, sales toolkit, exhibitions and photo shoots from planning to execution across all media channels inclusive of TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Paid Social
  • Support the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business
  • Manage the budget planning and tracking for advertising and promotional activities
  • Translate key research reports and data warehouse dashboards into tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Keep track of the unitary and residential products’ market share
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Prior solid experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a diversified culture and manage remote direct reports.
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
