- Help other managers to cascade target & objectives on subordinates
- Assist to make KPI's for every department & employee
- Help to implement evaluation system
- Create and maintain the company organization structure
- Conduct and revise job analysis and job descriptions
- Conduct annual salary survey
Job Requirements
- 6 years of good experience in organization development.
- V. good analytical skills
- V. good English
- V. good with Microsoft office
- Can work under pressure
- Must meet deadlines
- Previous experience with KPI's implementation is a must
- HR certificate is a plus.
