Job Description
- Implementing approved media campaigns across channels ensuring creative is delivered to spec
- Ensuring campaign budgets are adhered to and are implemented correctly
- Working on our internal strategy and execution of our acquisition marketing efforts to meet our business objectives and Targets’
- Deliver best-in-class customer acquisition discipline to reach or exceed growth targets and performance metrics
- Establish proven attribution model that evolves over time to optimize channels, partners and platforms
- Deliver and manage the implementation of effective strategies for search, display, native, affiliates and referral campaigns
- Execute a constant test and learn process and structure within the marketing team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years Digital all-rounder with proven experience and a strong understanding of multiple digital media channels (affiliates, online display, social, paid search, SEO, programmatic, etc.) as well as a passionate following of new/emerging channels & technologies
- Telco VAS and mobile apps experience, with good understanding of the business, on user journeys. Ability to strategize and execute CPA/CPI user acquisition campaigns.
- Data-driven and creative to push the envelope on new user acquisition
- Have experience of using Google Analytics (or similar web analytics platform) and especially experience working with PPC and social bid management tools
- You have demonstrable interest for ecommerce marketing and the knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with each other
- Creative thinking and problem solving to come up with solutions
- Tenacity, resilience, flexibility and judgement to deal with difficult situations
