Job Description

  • Manage the Lubricants line sales operations to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Development Team to conduct feasibility studies and analysis for the new opportunities identified. 
  • Review operating sales and collection results, compare them to established objectives, and ensure Appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. And ensure proper management of stocks.     
  • Build and maintain senior level client relationships maintaining strong internal and external networks.
  • Understand new competition and their financial situation in the market
  • Provide technical training for the sales team including, but not limited to, sales skills, facing competition, market issues and merchandising 
  • Devise, implement and review all internal and external company defined sales processes, procedures and policies.
  • Follow up on the slow movement of stock by managing the logistics and ordering process for the Operations.
  • Handle the relationship with suppliers to ensure the flow of reliable items.
  • Place  all purchase orders share With the country’s operations in coordination with NASCO corporate Purchasing Function and country’s Financial Manager. .
  • Utilize Sales Discount authority and provide prices for the sales supervisors and the sales representatives
  • Develop Business Plans for the product line market positioning, growth and sales/profitability targets.
  • Develop the Customers/Markets for the product locally and internationally including export markets available for the product.
  • Provide the Country Manager with all information related to the product growth and potential in the market.
  • Devise and review the product sales strategies and the pricing structure in coordination with the country manager.
  • Develop and recommend marketing and advertising strategies to create market demand for the product line.
  • Devise and review incentive plans for customers and sales people for the product line in coordination with the country manager.
  • Research competitor policies, products, prices and provide market studies on potential business opportunities for the product line.
  • Handle the relationship with suppliers to ensure the flow of reliable items.
  • Devise, implement and constantly review customer service practices to enhance the sales of the assigned product line.
  • Ensure proper inventory control for the stock by keeping inventories at a level which is based on the sales volume.
  • Provide ROI analysis on business development initiatives
  • Ensure all needed literatures, catalogues and addresses are available as required for the assigned product line.
  • Visit the market and meet customers in order to arrive at market conditions.
  • Establish a group of shops help in product marketing
  • Responsible for development of the assigned line internationally and supervising the sales results/activities for the assigned product line at NASCO international locations in coordination with the country manager.

Job Requirements

Education:

  •  BA in finance, Business Admin, Marketing, or any related field. Masters is preferred
