Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage shipping schedules and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, records, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service regarding logistics and shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or delays in the supply chain process.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance overall logistics performance.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
