Job Description
- Plan long and short-term maintenance needs.
- Creating and implementing office maintenance plans
- Update equipment as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment
- Search and look for better office supplies options to ensure supplies quality and cost management.
- Prepare, analyse, negotiate, and review contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, and office supplies.
- Manage office supplies requests and usage levels
- Manage office housekeeping
- Maintain & supervise regular attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance for office boys.
- Maintains office cleanness plan and ensures the quality of cleanliness.
- Perform regular office cleaning checks.
- Generate department reports.
- Manage internal meetings and events as requested; Supervising the implementation of events
- Manage travel, accommodation and visa needed for visitors and employees
- Manage cleaning staff, company fleet and drivers
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as a key team player.
Excellent command of the English language.
Excellent MS Office user
knowledge of building services.
Excellent organizational skills
