Job Description
- Issue quotations and create related cost sheets based on given guidelines
- AF & UPS costs
- Create Orders on SAP
- Follow up invoice issuance
- Follow up documentation issuance with Factory in Germany
- Familiar with COO & COF certificates
- Familiar with BWH reporting system on SAP
- Familiar with LC terms and conditions
- All additional tasks related to the order handling post
Job Requirements
- Experience 4-5 years
- Professional user ( SAP , Microsoft office , outlook …etc )
- Fluent speaker ( English & French ), Fluent French is a Must
