Job Description
- This position gives the first impression of our company to clients and partners.
- Answers telephone, takes messages and transmits inquiries to the responsible department/person.
- Supervises installation and maintenance of office systems and suggest improvements.
- Supervises and follows licencing and insurance of company cars.
- Prepares materials for sales quotations, presentations, workshops, and meetings according to the company standard communication form.
- Manages travel arrangements for all staff in and out of Egypt.
- Manages and follows mass mailings and invitations.
- Manages express courier operations in and out of the office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a suitable field.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent inter-personnal skills and capable of working with various cultures and nationalitites.
- Presentable.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Very good knowledge of English language in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to manage and organize petty-cash purchases.
- Residents of Heliopolis and its surroundings preferred.
