Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Handling client service department
  • Responsible for the below once taking the brief: Briefs Meeting
  • Conducting internal meetings to delegate the project with (creative, execution, operation department.)
  • Supervising on the creative work/quotations
  • Developing presentation
  • Internal meeting with the business development manager for proposal checkpoint including ” Presentation / Creative / Quotations “
  • Clients Meeting for proposing
  • Following up
  • If approved working / supervising on the documents ” Checklist / Requests / Reports “
  • Weekly Internal meetings for workflow
  • Supervising on the projects
  • Sometimes conducting interviews meeting

Job Requirements

  • From 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same position and in marketing and advertising industry (BTL) as well.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
