Main Job Duties:
- Handling client service department
- Responsible for the below once taking the brief: Briefs Meeting
- Conducting internal meetings to delegate the project with (creative, execution, operation department.)
- Supervising on the creative work/quotations
- Developing presentation
- Internal meeting with the business development manager for proposal checkpoint including ” Presentation / Creative / Quotations “
- Clients Meeting for proposing
- Following up
- If approved working / supervising on the documents ” Checklist / Requests / Reports “
- Weekly Internal meetings for workflow
- Supervising on the projects
- Sometimes conducting interviews meeting
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same position and in marketing and advertising industry (BTL) as well.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
