Job Description
- Establishes and maintains the Group Sales budget (Net new business).
- Devises and implements Sales strategy and planning.
- Manages the resources, sales processes and sales methodologies from inception to contracting.
- Identifies and gathers intellectual capital necessary to secure contracts in chosen industries.
- Performs a leadership role in driving the sales process to fulfillment.
- Reviews and amends bid qualification process to ensure sales conversion ratios align to best practice.
- Authorizes bid decisions following bid qualification analysis.
- Secures and develops appropriate pipeline of opportunities and oversees the management of pipeline development.
- Identifies and secures appropriate sales channels and ensures the development of the channel for future potential relationships.
- Utilizes the marketing function to solicit appropriate information and collateral to support sales engagements.
- Informs the marketing function in respect of sales engagements and solution models in order to bolster the marketing delivery.
- Identifies and communicates marketing opportunities and events to create interest and demand.
- Creates and implements measures to establish effectiveness of identified multi-industry channels.
- Establishes multi-industry channels through which opportunities can be identified.
- Identifies, establishes and maintains favorable relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensures the development of key capability to deliver existing and potential sales opportunities.
- Recruits and manages direct reports to ensure the organization brand remains the employer of choice.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years proven track record of securing sales opportunities in the BPO sector with preferable experience in outsourcing.
- Maintains personal effectiveness and consistency of performance when working under personal and / or work related pressure and deadlines.
- Excellent perception of world trends and industry know-how.
- Can focus on overall end result and develop and implement plans to meet company and group objective with foresight and vision.
- Can see beyond day to day obstacles, self-starter and ownership orientated with a ‘Can do ‘attitude and a drive to achieve desired results.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships. Able to work with others towards shared goals. Able to balance a focus on task with attention to relationships (internal and external).
