Job Description

  • Support Unified Telecommunication Networks for International & Enterprise Customers.
  • Support Managed IT services provided to customers.
  • Reply to customers emails and phone calls.
  • Working on office and sometimes on sites.
  • Work may require travel inside and outside Egypt

Job Requirements

  • Communication Engineering graduate with grade not less than Good.
  • CCNA, CCNP and Security Certificate is must
  • Experience in Service provider or system integrator is preferred.
