Job Description
- Leading the tendering team to study the tendering projects.
- Defining the suitable margin for the tender projects.
- Making the needed site survey and communicating with the clients.
- Issuing the tender commercial and technical offers.
- Participating in the negotiation cycle to get the contract.
- Setting the projects budget to work accordingly during the construction phase.
- Study and analyses all contract documents of the assigned project.
- Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
- Contacting the vendor for getting the best prices.
- Attending the site meeting to represent the management.
- Support the project construction team and coordinate between the site team and the office team.
- Support the technical office team in their daily work.
- Dealing with the needed subcontractor.
- Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
- Follow up planning department for setting the project master schedule.
- Support the procurement team in the purchasing cycle.
- Follow up procurement in the purchasing cycle and material activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer
- More than 10 years experience in the field of MEP
- High Leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
