Job Description
- Search for local & foreign suppliers of necessary equipment .
- Handling the registration procedures with the Egyptian Oil & Gas companies, government, clients and others.
- Negotiating contract terms with internal & external partners.
- Develop a relationship with local & foreign suppliers.
- Responsible for leading the full range of procurement processes for all local & foreign trades.
- Develops, implements and manages contracts and service level agreements for the procurement of goods and services.
- Managing the commercial agent's registrations, reviewing the agencies’ agreements.
- Carry out negotiations (correspondence) on delivery conditions (procurement prices, delivery deadlines, payment conditions).
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)
- Arrange payment of suppliers, invoices, of invoices for transport company services.
- Manages and reviews documents for the procurement of all supplies, equipment and services for the Authority and ensures compliance the Procurement Policy.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure optimum delivery of the project whilst exercising control of costs, procurement and management of the supply chain.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in logistics , Purchasing and Commercial.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Experience in construction Industry is must.
