Main Job Duties:
- Answers the incoming telephone calls and transfer it to the related person
- Meets the clients and direct them properly
- Responsible for the stationary stock.
- Responsible for the purchasing requests for employee’s requirements after coordinating with the financial department.
- Responsible for reporting and following up on any maintenance tasks with the concerned parties
- Courier file (getting offers, sending and delivering shipments, sending the monthly b/ls numbers to the head office).
- Proceed with any new assigning tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Good command of English
- No Veil.
- Heliopolis resident is a MUST.
- Preferably fresh graduate-Entry level
- Presentable
- Good communication and problem solving skills
