Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the Operation Manager.
- Attend meetings with top management and record minutes of meeting.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Review and track daily sales reports.
- Prepare monthly sales summaries and reports.
- Follow up on customer calls.
- Compile internal and external customer communications.
- Control expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Supervise and develop sales staff.
- Handling all the customer Complains.
- Daily Direct reports to the Operation Manager.
- Responsible for the Store, Office Maintenance and lighting system.
- Monthly Supplements for the office and stores.
- Managing the office housekeeping and the kitchen.
- Dealing with email inquiries
- Organizing travel and accommodation for management.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience: 0-2 years, Fresh graduates preferred
