Job Description
- Coordinate all training activities based on company’s strategy direction and department needs.
- Allocate best training providers to attract best training offers (quality and cost wise).
- Handle all logistics related to training activities.
- Maintain and manage all training records according to ISO standards.
- Prepare training database for evaluating and measuring performance
- Maintain and file training paperwork according to ISO standards.
- Coordinate students and fresh graduates’ internship programs with the universities, in terms of, managers’ approvals, site location availability, allowances, certificates, attendance, etc.
- Handle Orientation Program for new employees.
- Assist in annual performance appraisal cycle.
- Participate in any other projects according to business needs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in same field is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Construction Background is a plus.
- HR Certificate is a plus
