Job Description

  • Ensure effective execution of all security policies, protocols and procedures to implement the security activities across all locations.
  • Follow up staff responding to emergencies and alarms to ensure smooth evacuation.
  • Receive daily attendance sheet for security guards to track security operation issues with the related security companies.
  • Handling admin security activities across all locations.
  • Responsible for all administrative security activities.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations on an on-call basis.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Develop frequent reports to be submitted to the direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.

Job Requirements

  • Good User of MS office.
  • Organized and Follow up.
  • Negotiation, Problem-solving and Communication skills.
  • Fair command of the English language.
