Job Description
- Managing the procurement, out-sourcing and recruitment process, coordinating with the business development managers to meet their coverage hiring objectives, supervising the construction of a new database of resources to handle projects for (Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Google and Microsoft….Etc.).
- Reporting to the vendor management manager, giving monthly reports of resource numbers, available language combinations, and the best rates to maintain to attract new customers.
- Supporting project managers by managing the cross-cultural negotiations with vendors regarding rates, to keep work within specified budgets.
- Managing the localization quality tests by assigning qualified teams to handle the 3 or 4 phases of the QA tests, observing the vendor's performance and communicating with them to maintain their loyalty and commitment to the company.
- Monitoring the achieved developments through the vendor database to ensure a fast, quality service for company customers
Job Requirements
- B1-B2 German (excellent writing and reading skills)
- B2 English
- High Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Hard Worker and committed person.
- previous experience in localization industry will be a plus.
- Limited previous experience in any other field will also be valued.
