Job Description
The Light current Pre-Sales Engineer performs comprehensive discovery, analysis, and definition of client issues and documents implementation in the form of a technical ("blue-print") solution. The light current Pre-Sales Engineer will design leading-edge solutions containing a wide variety of technologies.
- Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
- Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams).
- Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
- Work with Sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
- Ability to Make Site surveys
- Analyze customer needs, and get the best-suited solution to him.
- Prepare and supervise technical and financial offers to the customer .
- Link with sales and marketing team to follow up the customer needs
- Make a presentation about our line of our product
Job Requirements
- CCNA , Bachelor degree in communication or electrical engineer
- Worked as a technical engineer for installing the light current system or Network infrastructure at least for two years (Preferred)
- Worked as light current presales engineer at least three years.
- Good English, spoken and writing.
- Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Have AutoCAD and Visio background.
- Could deal with excel and word.
- At least 5 years’ experience.
