Casita help students from all over the world find their perfect accommodation through our online portal. Casita have dedicated teams positioned globally in key recruitment markets and are now looking at expanding their presence in to the Middle East & North Africa.

About the Job

• Manage and build a network of local recruitment agencies
• Lead the development & fulfillment of business strategies across the region
• Develop relationships with sponsorship bodies and ministry’s across the region to drive group and individual accommodation bookings
• Generate leads for the Accommodation Expert team via online and offline activities
• Manage all University and English language school partnerships across the region
• Build strong customer rapport through a high quality of written/oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• Manage knowledge of the booking process and all service options available for students
• Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems
• Build strong relationships with team members, and provide flexible and prompt support at all times
• Act as a liaison between agents, consultants, Universities and schools & the Casita team
• Feedback to Accommodation Expert team to ensure efficiency of process & booking
