Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Create, design and manage email related email-marketing throughout campaigns life cycle
- Work on strengthening the acquisition and retention of subscribers through various email-marketing strategies
- Developing segmentation strategies to ensure email-marketing relevance to members
- Analyze email performance & creating regular reports for management review
- Implementing and optimizing email campaigns
- Working closely with design, marketing and/or product teams
- Analyze current data and research future trends

- 1-2 years experience in email-Marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science or extensive industry experience preferred
- Passion for email-marketing and the ability to use data/insights for driving your email marketing decisions
- Good understanding of email campaign performance metrics and promotions
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work within a team, but also work independently
- Ability to multitask
