Sales ExecutiveEgypt

  • To boost our services offering in Egypt even more, we’re looking for a talented, smart, proactive, energetic, multi-lingual and passionate Sales Executive who embraces challenges and is a proven problem solver.
  • Be a part of a team tasked with solving organizational complex challenges and providing solutions that are highly functional, automated, secure, practical, scalable, and robust.
  • Own and drive projects from start (gathering requirements) to finish (offer to customers).

Essential Abilities – Sales Executive

  • Focused and able to work remotely and with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with Development & QA staff on individual and team deliverable
  • Comfortable working in a complex structured, matrix, fast-paced organization
  • Create documentation and procedures for tasks in hand, when required
  • Conduct Business Reviews to comply with company standards and sales targets
  • Work smoothly with local and virtual remote teams
  • Identify opportunities for future growth, enhancements, and refinements to standards, best practices, and development methodologies

About the role – Sales Executive

  • MAHAM has 4 vacant positions for a Sales Executive with the responsibility of growing our reach in the market. Two in Cairo and two in Alexandria.

Job Objective:

  • Establish and develop a business relationship with potential customers to maximize sales and achieve targets.

The Products:

  • Your mission is to sell MAHAM state-of-the-art solutions including Students Services, University Placement, Exciting Study Abroad programs, Test Preparation, Language and other Courses, Human Resources Consulting & Management, CRM & ERP Software, Cloud services, Training, Marketing Automation and Business Consulting, Web presence & tools ……etc.

Job Requirements

Required Experience – Sales Executive

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (French, German, Spanish is an added advantage)
  • Prior experience in a similar sales environment is a definite plus
  • Must own a car
  • Presentable, Highly Educated, Sensible and Self Critique
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a competitive B2B sales environment
  • Proficiency with Computer Software fundamentals – Internet, MS Office, Graphics, Video Conferencing, eCommerce, eLearning, etc
  • Competent in Objection handling
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in CRM
  • Ability to identify and close complex sales opportunities
  • Experience selling services desireable
  • Comfortable with Service Oriented negotiations
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in the market place
  • Experience selling web applications, software, training, marketing automation, HRMS, Consulting is a must
  • Familiarity with select market segments (Government, Education, Banks, Hospitality, Tourism, MCIT)

Qualifications – Sales ExecutiveEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA preferred

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a:

  • Burning desire to overachieve
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in a similar environment
  • History of successful achievements
  • Clean driver’s license and own a car
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English (French, German, Spanish – an advantage)
  • Good problem-solving capabilities
  • Amazing presentation skills and good experience using MS Office
  • Minimum education to at least Bachelor level in a field related to Marketing, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar (MBA – an advantage)
  • Keen interest in developing your career in Sales
